[b]Mark Blyth[/b] is a Professor of International Political Economy in the Political Science Department, and a Faculty Fellow at the Watson Institute for International Studies, at Brown University.

[b]Chris Edwards[/b] is the Director of Tax Policy Studies at the Cato Institute. He is the author of Downsizing the Federal Government and co-author of Global Tax Revolution.

[b]David Laidler[/b] is Fellow in Residence at the C.D. Howe Institute, and Professor Emeritus at the University of Western Ontario.
